KINUTM Risk Free Trial Terms
Here's what you get:
Your risk free trial includes 30 days worth of KINUTM (two capsules a day). It includes one sealed bottle containing 60 capsules.
Here's how it works:
1. We will send you a 30 day supply of KINUTM. You will have 24 days to try KINUTM without obligation.
2. You initially pay only a shipping and handling fee of $4.95,(for U.S.; Canada and International rates extra) for the 30 day supply, and must provide a payment method to allow us to charge your account for this amount.
3. By signing up for the Risk Free Trial, and by not cancelling within 24 days after submitting your order, you also agree to receive and authorize us to charge you $39.95 (plus tax if applicable) for the 30 day supply of KINUTM that you received. If you sign up for the Risk Free Trial and Auto-ship Program under the introductory price of $29.95, this price is guaranteed for as long as you stay on the Auto-ship Program.
4. Your first non-trial shipment of KINUTM will be shipped thirty (30) days from the date that your initial “Risk Free Trial” one (1) month supply was ordered at the Monthly Fee pricing plus $4.95 Shipping and Handling. Thereafter, for as long as your Membership remains active, your Active Credit Card will be charged for the Monthly Fee on a monthly basis, plus $4.95 Shipping and Handling, for your ongoing Membership. If you decide to cancel your Membership and return your package, which must be received by us before the next charge is scheduled to come off, you will not be charged the Monthly Fee.
If you find that KINUTM is not right for you, simply call our Customer Care Center at 1-800-870-6004 (8 AM to 8 PM MST) to cancel within 24 days after submitting your order and you will not be charged anything else.
If you do not receive your risk free trial bottle within five (5) days of ordering, please contact our Customer Care Center.
5. $39.95 (plus $4.95 shipping and handling and tax if applicable) will be billed automatically each month to your designated payment. You may cancel anytime by calling 1-800-870-6004.
WHEN YOU SUBMIT YOUR ORDER FOR THE RISK FREE TRIAL YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A LEGAL COMMERCIAL CONTRACT AND YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THIS OFFER.
If you have any questions regarding your purchase (including but not limited to Return or Exchange information), please contact the Customer Satisfaction Department at 1-800-870-6004 Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 8 PM MST. The charge on your credit card statement will appear as Ascent Nutrition. We will only apply payment for products we have shipped and you can cancel at any time following enrollment. If you are not already a member of our KINUTM Auto Ship Program, contact our Customer Satisfaction Department. Please remember that once we have shipped product to you, we can only cancel future shipments and cannot refund any charges (unless the product is returned per our Return Policy).
