Please follow the rules below for returns and exchanges:

  • You MUST call the Customer Satisfaction Department and ask for a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) within the 30-day policy to receive a refund.
  • Please return the product within ten (10) days of the RGA issuance to receive your refund (shipping and processing charges are non-refundable).
  • DO NOT return an item without an RGA number. Write this RGA number on the outside of your package so we can properly refund you.
  • You must send all returned product using a shipping method with delivery confirmation or signature confirmation.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for returns that never arrive at our facility.
  • Our returns department is not allowed to process packages without an RGA number, and no refunds will be issued for any packages returned without an RGA number, including packages marked as “Return to Sender”.
  • Guarantee applies to a return on one purchase per person.
  • Must apply for the guarantee through Ascent Nutrition, LLC. Our guarantee cannot be honored by retailers.
  • No group or organization requests will be honored.
  • Fraudulent, incomplete or illegible requests will not be honored.
  • Refunds will be issued only to the same credit card that was used in ordering the product. It generally takes about 4 to 6 weeks to receive a refund. Refunds will be for the cost of the product less a 25% restocking fee for unopened and sealed product. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
